In a previous article, I talked about the possibility of Sam Raimi directing The Brave and The Bold movie because of his comments about wanting to bring Ra’s al Ghul to the DCU to face Batman. Well, it seems that won’t be happening anytime soon, at least for The Brave and The Bold movie.
Well, now it seems that Andy Muschietti has now been tipped to direct the movie. Andy Muschietti, as a few of you might know, directed both “IT” movies, and he is also one of the masterminds behind the upcoming “The Flash” movie. The Flash movie has received nothing but high praise from almost everyone who has seen it. Some are calling it the best comic book movie of the year. Some say it is one of the best comic book movies of all time.
So, if the hype around the movie is anything to go by then “The Brave and The Bold” movie couldn’t be in better hands. James Gunn himself has said that he would love to have Andy work on some projects for the DCU. If James Gunn and Peter Safran both trust that Andy will do right by the movie and us the fans then I can go to bed at night and not worry about a thing concerning this movie if he truly is directing it.
More news about the characters involved, the actors playing the different characters, and more as time passes. Nonetheless, this is great news for the DCU. Do you like to see Andy Muschietti directing The Brave and The Bold movie or not?
