I think it is fair to say a good percentage of the world (that watched the Divergent movie trilogy) fell in love with Shailene Woodley at first sight, I know I did. Her brilliant acting has seen her take on many roles including her recent romance movie “The Last Letter From Your Lover”, and also her new crime/thriller “To Catch A Killer”.
Now, she stars in a more comical and drama-filled movie alongside Jack Whitehall, who starred in Jungle Cruise. Robots is a movie set in an era where advanced robotics has enabled humanity to utilize very realistic and lifelike androids to do basic functions and work jobs. Charles is a womanizer while Elaine is a gold digger. The duo learns humanity when forced to team up and pursue robot doubles of themselves.
The movie is filled with as much comical drama as you can ask for, and of course, it has its romantic moments too as it is a rom-com. Shailene Woodley and Jack Whitehall star excellently opposite each other and look to put on a great performance. Robots is now out in the theatres and also available to rent on Amazon Prime.
